Scott was raised in Zanesville, graduated from West Muskingum High School, attended the University of South Carolina and was in the Navy for 16 years. After retiring from the Navy, Scott returned HOME to Zanesville. Scott has been married for 28 years and has raised his three children in this community. Scott is a member of: Kiwanis, Zanesville Downtown Association, Carr Center, Zanesville Chamber of Commerce, Gus Macker Volunteer. "This is a good community to live in.
