• There is no purchase necessary to enter and win. You can log onto www.tellusmore.com and click on a member page. You may enter once per Network Member Page. Please revisit the site and look for new Member pages added periodically. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete or illegible entry forms.  Entries will be accepted starting at 12:00PM Eastern Time December 30th, 2011 thru 9AM Eastern Time June 29th, 2012.

• Prize is 2 New Apple IPAD’s®.  Sponsor has the right to choose size, options, and model of the prize. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE IS AVAILABLE.

• Odds of winning depend upon the number of TellUsMore markets participating and number of entries received.

• Prize will be awarded at a random drawing held on or after the week of July 2nd, 2012 at the offices of Braund, Eiller and Vasko Certified Public Accountants, 2058 Oxford Blvd., Allison, PA 15101. Winner will be notified within one week after the drawing and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If Prize is not claimed within one week of date of notification, or if winner does not meet qualification criteria, an alternate Winner will be selected. All entries must include a valid return e-mail address and phone number to be valid. 

• TellUsMore Inc., the stations using TellUsMore and each of their respective parent companies, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injuries resulting from use of or acceptance of any prize.  Winners must agree, in writing, to release any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever against TellUsMore Inc., the stations using TellUsMore and the officers, directors, employees and agents of the station, arising out of or in connection with the contest and this prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures that may arise from the running of this contest. Winners agree to allow TellUsMore, Inc. to use their names and image for promotional purposes.

• Employees of TellUsMore Inc. and its sister companies, affiliates and employees along with members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win a prize.

• Miscellaneous. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees that Sponsor and its affiliates and agents will have no liability and will be held harmless by Winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in this contest, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Sponsor. Participants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to this contest and all drawings are final. By participating in contest, Winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
